CUTTING
Cutting is the main phase in garment making. A Garment can’t be made without cutting. In our firm cutting is done by the persons who are perfectly skilled and keeping in mind the Fashion Fits.
PRINTING
Chest Printing Machines with 10,000 pieces a day. To print upto 12 colours chest printing with Non PVC also. All type of Prints Like Plastisol prints, Foil prints, Flock prints, High density prints, Gel prints, Matt prints are made inhouse which gives the Value addition in the garments.
EMBROIDERY
We have a splendid range of embroidery to suit any styles, any garments as you have an option to choose from a wide range, designs & colours which are fully computer aided, fully automatic machines which enable the most rare embroideries upto 12 colours & applique work..
STITCHING
We have the privilege of providing the widest range of Stitching styles, to suit any buyer around the globe. We possess 250 sewing machines all are sophisticated and most Modern machines imported from high end.
CHECKING
Inspection/Finishing Unit independent of production to ensure the Quality and Specifications of Buyers are met. Shade variation, garments shape, sleeve to sleeve uneven, collar shape, neck shape and measurement will be checked. Trimming alone will be done.
IRONING
Stream Ironing the Finished products to packing quickly. Garments are steam processed to remove any wrinkles. We always press the garments on stream iron on Vaccum tabels to ensure clean look, because first appearance is the best and we always think from the consumer part of view.
PACKING
They are packed neatly in the designated packs and placed inside the carton or hanger racks for dispatch. packing the Finished Products for shipment.
