The fabric undergoes quality control test at the Quality Control Laboratory that has all facilities, to ensure that our garments meet the requirements and specifications. Tests are done as per international standards.
KNITTING
The chief ingredients in the composition of quality that gain esteem to produce jerseys, interlock, fleece, pointel rib are good infrastructure, dedication, efficiency and good breed of technological support and work force.
EMBROIDERY
We have following Tajima multi-head computerized Embroidery Machines like Multi color Applique, Chain Stitch , Chennile , Moss Stitch (loop), Boring design, Sequence with 4 color & Design making Etc.,
CUTTING
Band Knife Cutting machine used to cutt sharp edges for baby wears and kids wears.Our dexterous craftsmen ensure exactness in size standards as well as minimization of waste.
STITCHING
The stitching section is equipped with a wide range of machines and labour capable of producing various garment styles with perfection.
PACKING
We buy our packing materials from leading suppliers and professional providers. We use Oeko Tex certified labels and tags produced from the certified suppliers.
